On the eve of the annual Swan Festival in Hopeville,
the general store is ransacked and the owner is
missing.Helen (Musical Star Melanie Doane) is not
surprised when her boyfriend, Carl (Michael Riley,
TV's Power Play), is the number one suspect.While
Carl tries to avert the law, Helen seizes the
opportunity to flirt with city boy, Clive (Ted
Dykstra, Bach's Fight for Freedom), as her ticket
out of town.As matters heat up, two children set
out on an adventure, oblivious to the events that
are shaking up Hopeville, and leaving the town
frantic to find them.
