iNetVideo.com will accept returns of defective merchandise or erroneously shippied items only. We will replace the defective merchandise with the same title and format. If the same title and format is not available, iNetVideo.com will issue you a credit not or refund your money. All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt.

 

15. Refunds [ back to top ]

iNetVideo.com will issue a refund within 48 hours of receiving your returned order. Refunds include shipping, and are issue agains the same payment method used to pay for the original order.
