'John Prudhomme (Christopher Lambert), a seasoned police detective, and his partner Andrew Hollinsworth have just uncovered a string of unusual murders that lead them to a serial killer, who believes that he is the descendent of Judas. In order to ''clear' his family name the killer believes that he must reconstruct the body of Christ, complete with a pure heart. Prudhomme and Detective Hollinsworth (Leland Orser) must beat the clock, piece the evidence together and track down the killer before he murders again. What ensues is a fast-paced thrill ride through the mysterious streets of New Orleans. As the tension mounts the final showdown is completed and evil is brought to justice.'
