Ricky is a big, friendly, blue rhinoceros who loves to sing, dance, learn, and have lots of fun with all of his friends. Every day, four of Ricky's friends (real children) come to visit Ricky's Room where they learn about something new or solve one of various simple dilemmas. Ricky, along with his little sister Nicki (a pink rhinoceros), and their quirky cousin Harold (a funny orange hippopotamus) lead the children through fun songs and dances and introduce them to different educational concepts and themes, Ricky's Room is fun, educational, and amusing, but most of all . . ., it's RHINO-RIFFIC! Crossing Guard The Daily News: Ricky discovers an old typewriter in his closet and he explains to everyone how his Papa Lester used this machine to write articles for the newspaper.
