As soon as Mom & Dad leave for Europe for the summer, Frankie (Trevor Lissauer) and his best friend Bogie (Danny Hitt) start making plans to party away their vacation. They meet up with Moondoggie (Johnny Venokur) and his babes, Sulka (Carmen Electra) and Katrina (Debora Xavier), who con their way into moving into the house.
